3 Church Leadership Podcasts Every Church Leader Should Listen To

1. The Andy Stanley Leadership Podcast

Andy Stanley is the pastor and founder of North Point Ministries in Alpharetta, GA. He's the author of too many books to list, and his leadership podcast offers the same kind of well-communicated insight he preaches and teaches on a weekly basis. The Andy Stanley Leadership Podcast is "a conversation designed to help leaders go further, faster." That's certainly what I like to see happen in my own life, and I imagine you do too.

2. The Catalyst Podcast

What list of best church leadership podcasts would be complete without listing The Catalyst Podcast? Their podcast description says it best: they "bring together change makers from across the globe to provide practical leadership and cultural insights through in-depth interviews with leaders, speakers, and authors."

Seriously, if there's a church leader you've heard about in some way, it's likely that Catalyst has interviewed them. They've recorded 353 episodes as of the writing of this post, and I'm sure many of their interviews are as useful today as they were when they were recorded. In other words, search through the archives for just the right person you want to hear from.

3. craig groeschel leadership podcast

The Senior Pastor of the multi-site, multi-state Life.Church (formerly LifeChurch.tv) recently launched a leadership podcast. There are only two full episodes right now, but I'm sure we can look forward to further insights from Craig. As an author with numerous books, Craig Groeschel's leadership podcast is "a conversation designed to help you make the most of your potential as you work to become the leader God created you to be." Again, that's a conversation I want to hear.
