Artistic Director, Torrance Civic Chorale/Torrance, CA - 2014-2016
Responsible for the musical, artistic and administrative direction of the 50 year chorale. The choir performed a variety of musical styles including classical, spirituals, musical theater and more, along with a a full orchestra. The Torrance Civic Chorale is an auditioned choir of over 100 singers. Artistic Director duties included: music selection, rehearsal, auditioning chorale singers and soloists, orchestral contracting, seasonal creative direction and working with the James Armstrong Theatre technical staff to ensure the best possible concert experience.

Director of Worship, United Methodist Church; Thousand Oaks, CA - 2012-2014
Responsible for leading worship in weekly modern and traditional worship services. Directed the UMCTO traditional choir, orchestra and contemporary worship band. Composed and arranged music for the UMCTO music department as needed. Managed a small music staff including a volunteer assistant, paid organist and handbell director. Transitioned the worship committee into a strong, vision-oriented leadership team, a primary reason for the successful growth of the Sunday morning worship experiences. Worked with the church leadership to unify the traditional and contemporary music departments, resulting in a more spirit-filled and effective worship environment.

Executive Worship Producer, Bel Air Presbyterian Church, Bel Air, CA - 2006-2010
Responsible for all aspects of the BAPC worship arts program, including management of a $600K annual Worship Arts budget and the oversight of the Music and Worship Production Staff (director of drama, Technical Director and staff, two contemporary worship leaders (main and satellite campuses), an organist/accompanist and two full time assistants). Also responsible for maintaining a strong traditional choral program, which used choir, organ, handbells and orchestra on a regular basis. Further responsibilities included hiring, conducting, orchestrating and composing for weekly services as well as holiday concerts, including Christmas at Bel Air and Easter at the Bowl.
