Through our retained search process, we handle a majority of the work. You’ll be involved in defining the scope of the open position, but following that we shoulder the challenging and time-consuming work of finding the right candidates for your church. Because of our experience and strategic connections, we know where and who to look for, saving you time and money and allowing you to focus on current ministry instead of future hires.
The retained search fee is paid in three segments, based on your budget and candidate salary. All retained search partnerships include a scope of position, nationwide search, candidate screenings, and hiring support.
